0803 GMT [Dow Jones] BT Group (BT.A.LN) reports "pretty good" 3Q results, Sanford C. Bernstein senior analyst Robin Bienenstock says. "People were worried about global services decline, slowing revenue, the end of [operational expenditure] savings, and they beat on all of those," she notes. The UK broadband market is "growing well" and the telecom operator continues to win a very large share, 44%, of retail growth, Ms. Bienenstock adds. "Retail fibre net [additions] also accelerated again, which is very important, as that is the future of the business." BT shares are up 4.5% at 260p.(lilly.vitorovich@dowjones.com; Twitter: @LillyVitorovich)
